One mistake, but still came out with the same time as my no-mistake run with this Tudor-to-Estate strategy.  I've tried Tudor-to-Mansion, and it wasn't as quick, though it did put you WAY over the top money-wise (which isn't necessary).  Anyway, I got this game on Amazon for free during their promotion/giveaway week, and it's pretty fun.
