Tianzhou-1 (天舟一号), China’s first cargo spacecraft, will be launched by a Long March-7 Y2 (Chang Zheng 7) carrier rocket from the Wenchang Space Launch Center in Hainan Province in April 2017. Tianzhou-1 fly alone for about three months, then dock with Tiangong-2 (天宫二号) space laboratory for three times in order to test fast automated rendezvous and docking. The tests will help establish a space station around 2022. Credit: China Central Television (CCTV)
