After last week's rant on the bionic eye, this week I couldn't help myself. There is not only a new Bionic Hand in store, but Bionic Legs as well! The Hand will be transplanted into a subject later this year and the Legs will be available to military amputees once the funding is available.
 For Wild and Wacky, there is an article on our Parts-People website addressing an interesting new gadget called the Stick-N-Find Blue-tooth! Read more about it on Parts-People.com. In addition, I went over two gadgets that are interesting options for your pet's tracking ability.  One more gadget I slipped in was a 3D printing pen called the 3Doodler! Appropriate much?
 Google news this week refers to their new cuts in funding from pirating sites. After opening up their books and realizing the extremity of pirated links, they are filtering folks from going to pirated sites by blocking them.  As far as Facebook goes, this week we hear that they are getting a multi-billion dollar tax-break. Yep, and this is despite the fact that they reported over 1.1 billion in pre-tax profits last year. Lastly, Facebook has a new trick up their sleeve to make even more money. They are pushing a virus scanning program  to scare users into downloading the software. Why? Because that program will pay Facebook! Duh!
