The Psycho Green Ranger debuted in Issue 20 of the MMPR comic series by BOOM! Studios as the original Psycho Ranger, the right hand of Dark Specter, sent to Earth's moon to free Rita Repulsa from her space dumpster in 1969. It's no surprise that fans of the comics were excited to see a comics creation finally come to life in toy form. Sure, we're only getting this because Bandai America wanted to make use of the mold before they let Power Rangers sail away, but still. We got him!

The Legacy Collection release of the Psycho Green Ranger was an exclusive to the BOOM! Studios booth at SDCC 2018, retailing for $45 or $50 as part of a bundle with a Psycho Green themed cover of MMPR #28. The figure includes his weapon...and that's it, not that he really needed anything else. The paint is great, joints are tight, yet fluid, and I am really happy the comics are getting some of the merchandise they deserve.
