Occupy Portland protestor Justin James Bridges is suing the city of Portland for $3 Million, claiming "false arrest, excessive force and indifference to serious medical need". One thing that he has mentioned is that his back was already broken prior to his arrest. My video shows several cases where he was quite mobile, even jumping around a bit and carrying a backpack and other things in his arms, before he was arrested. Quite amazing for someone with a broken back.

He was also positioned right on the front lines during the night eviction attempt. I do not know how long he was standing there. Why would someone with a broken back stand there for who knows how long, possibly hours, face to face with riot police?

If I had a broken back, I would be home resting.
