Laksa is one of my favourite comfort foods for it reminds me of my childhood growing up in Singapore - it is also very hard to find in London. Yeah plenty of restaurants offer some kind of 'laksa' on their menus, but it rarely ever tastes anything like the real thing. So imagine my surprise when I found out about the London Laksa Company on Facebook - I just had to track down these guys and interview them. So, can a man from the north of England create an authentic Laksa to evoke my childhood memories? Watch and find out!
