Just before the House was set to vote on a stand-alone bill to repeal "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" Wednesday, CBS News political analyst John Dickerson spoke with Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-Penn.) who introduced the bill with Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.). While the Congressman was confident his bill would pass the House, he still had not decided how he would vote on a tax cut compromise.
