SAVE THE FROGS! Founder Dr. Kerry Kriger discusses the ecological and ethical issues surrounding frog dissections, and ways we can all work towards bringing an end to the dissection of frogs in public schools. Our goal is no frog dissections in USA public schools by the end of 2014. Help us make it happen! We welcome special guest Nicole Green, the Director of Animalearn, an educational program of the American Anti-Vivisection Society (AAVS) located in Jenkintown, PA. She has worked for AAVS for over 13 years, helping to enlighten students, educators, and other concerned individuals about the harmful use of animals in education. Animalearn promotes solutions to harmful animal use in the classroom through its free alternative to dissection loan program called The Science Bank. Nicole travels far and wide to numerous education venues to make educators aware of the many viable humane alternatives that exist today to replace animal specimens in classrooms.
