The Western Cape is experiencing problems in its transport industry. There've been several arson attacks on trains around the province. 
So far this year, four trains have been torched, leading to the death of one person. In the latest incident over the weekend, two trains were set alight. 
The Passenger Rail Agency says it has no idea who's behind the attacks.
