The number of companies that have been liquidated has increased by 3,3% in the fourth quarter of 2016 which is a 3.4% increase compared with the fourth quarter of last year. Statistics South Africa says there were 4 more liquidations in December 2016. However the estimated number of insolvencies decreased by 1,9% in November 2016 compared with November 2015.
