This is a neat puzzle by Billy84 where at first the puzzle seems impossible since the goal is completely separated from the rest of the level. However, there is a well-placed hidden block next to the turnblock. If Mario is inside this hidden block when it is hit, then the game will think Mario is inside a solid object, and will try to eject him out. However, there is nowhere for Mario to go when the turnblock stops turning, which allows him to jump and clip through solid ground blocks above him.
