I took the intercity bus from Malaka Sentral Bus station back to JB check point. 

It was a great trip comfortable affordable clean bus journey. 

I would recommend to any traveller, there are several bus companies operate the route and you are able to choose the times you wish to travel, it was not the peak times for travel so I did not have to book in advance for my trip.
