4 tortillas wrapper, 6 oz of chicken strip(marinate with 1 tsp of soy, 1tsp of hoison, 1/2 tsp of seasame oil, sprinkle some shimichi hot pepper mix), 1/2 cup of shredded onion, 1/2 cup of shredded green and red pepper, 1/2 cup of chopped tomato, 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce,1 cup combine of cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese and white cheddar,1/2 cup of salsa sauce, 1/3 cup of sourcream,2 tbs of cooking oil.www.facebook/fortunecooking.
