Should churches report their income to the congregation?

There has been plenty of controversy throughout the years concerning the lucrative salaries of church pastors, but should this be looked at more closely? I believe so. So much investigation has been launched, especially with a lot of the mega churches, and i believe that all so-called churches of God or houses of worship should be held accountable.
