A little turmeric, lemon grass, roasted peanuts, local herbs, some fermented fish paste with a generous serving of MSG and a dish full weaver ants... Mix it all together with some sliced and diced "special meat", cook it up, and what do you get? A delectable dog. But don't ask me: I'm a vegetarian! Shot during a Combo Tour, 22 Nov 2018, in the Cambodian countryside.
