500 gm rice flour 350 gm jaggery 50 ml water / half cup or half glass Oil 1 liter 1) soak raw rice for 2 hrs and wash well and spread under fan and allow to dry and drain the rice 2) 350gm jaggery and 50 ml water allow melt the jaggery completely 3) In a bowl add rice , seive and add jaggery sprupy , elachi powder, pinch of salt mix well 4) rest in fridge for 1 day 5) next day can fry in oil #adhirasam #diwalisweet #athirasamrecipe
