Elite level and World Record holding Master Swimmers from an internet forum came together for a Race Club camp in Islamorada, Florida http://theraceclub.com/swim-camps/. This video showcases different fundamental drills we teach that decrease drag, make more efficient motion and increase velocity (inertia) in Freestyle.
