His lecture was the keynote for the 2007 Carmen and Louis Warschaw Distinguished Lecture Series, which was established in 1999 to explore how being Jewish has influenced the role of individuals in American political life, from perspectives on policies and legislation to campaign and professional experiences. Launched in spring 1999, the Carmen and Louis Warschaw Distinguished Lecture Series was established by Carmen and Louis Warschaw to explore issues of Jews and politics.
