Myra just made some cooking videos. This is 1 of 3. I thought once she got into videos she would like making them and I was right. She just completed the most liked and commented video set we ever posted. This is a typical Filipino dish. Saute onions, garlic, and ginger. Then add chicken and fry it. After it is fried put papaya and water. Cook about 5 minutes then ad malunggay and chiles. Next prepare to be very happy eating this delicious food. Tinolang Manok ay ordenaryong niluluto ng mga Filipino....ang mga sankap nito ay....karneng Manok, Luya, Bawang sibuyas, Tanglad at malunggay. at papaya at chile.
