Stocks retreated Friday for the third straight day on fresh concerns about President Barack Obama's proposal to limit the size and trading capabilities of big banks. The president wants to prevent commercial banks from taking the same kinds of risks that led in part to the financial meltdown. While the president has some allies, reaction from the financial sector has been less than positive. VOA's Mil Arcega has more.
