Creating ANYTHING (especially videos with you in it) can be intimating as hell. In fact, I didn't create all of October because I let that little bugger (fear) in my head get to me. 

The truth IS - we all experience it!!! What I've learned this past month about fear & creating is not to fight or overcome fear but to acknowledge it for how it's helped us in other areas of our lives but NOT letting it have any say in creative ventures.
