Inspired in 1995, at the age of 12, to make a difference in children’s lives, Craig Kielburger, co-founded 'Free The Children'. A decade has gone by in which Craig and his brother Marc have been providing programs for learning, healthcare, clean food, safe water and sustainable models for income generation in communities. Their philosophy is an expression of one of the indigenous peoples they supported, calling for a MINGA; a coming together of people helping each other for the benefit of all.
