I can't believe I'm having to explain this again, but I suppose it HAS been a while, and it's obvious that some people in my latest comment sections just plain don't get it, so here it goes...as it relates to morality, here are what "objective" and "subjective" mean:

objective, adj.
- not influenced by personal feelings, interpretations, or prejudice; based on facts; unbiased
- intent upon or dealing with things external to the mind rather than with thoughts or feelings
- of or pertaining to something that can be known, or to something that is an object or a part of an object; existing independent of thought or an observer as part of reality.

subjective, adj.
- existing in the mind; belonging to the thinking subject rather than to the object of thought (opposed to objective).

"Objective morality" is a contradiction in terms; morals are a system of opinions about how people ought to behave, and it is impossible to have objective opinions, by definition. All opinions are biased, subjective; thus, all morals are biased, subjective.

This should be a simple logical chain, but I understand the comfort of believing one's morals are objective, not matters of opinion; some people clearly cling to this notion since it means their morals are much harder to argue with. Unfortunately for them, it's simply not true, impossible. So do please kindly GET OVER IT.
