One of the neighborhood amenities Belgravia Group believes will attract families to East Pilsen is an expanded Jefferson Playlot near the intersection of 16th and Jefferson streets, just south of Belgravia's new Union Row townhomes. Belgravia Vice President Zev Salomon took Joe Askins and Jeremy Schnitker of YoChicago.com and NewHomeNotebook.com around the corner to the site of the park. Salomon says the city hopes to start work on Jefferson Playlot in summer 2009.
