Crossing continents in hours is now reality. But increasingly often,suitcases are carrying not only swimsuits and T-shirts,but also undesirable stowaways such as bacteria and viruses as well.Diseases can spread worldwide very fast. But while some 150 people have died in Mexico,the infection has been relatively harmless in other countries. So far there has been only one death outside Mexico,a Mexican child in Houston,Texas. Did the Mexican authorities react too late? Or are flu deaths confined to the poor? Judith Leeb found out for Global 3000.
