Russland Capital Group principals Jacob Bletnitsky and Alex Vaisman reflect on their early days of residential construction in the Chicago area, from their beginnings in suburban Skokie to their most recent condominium towers on Michigan Avenue in the South Loop. Russland's latest project, Michigan Avenue Tower II at 1400 S Michigan Ave, was completed in 2008 and was approximately 70 percent sold in June 2009.
