Welcome to my super long VLOG of my trip to Sayulita, Mexico for the first veganfitness.com retreat!  When I saw that Bianca, Nimai & Stephen were putting this together, I jumped on the opportunity and I’m so glad that I did.  Being that this wan’t the typical alcohol fueled tropical vacay, it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.  Although I was scared out of my mind to go alone, and it was not easy by any means - I walked away from the trip with valuable and insightful spiritual experiences that I’ll never forget.  As well as some incredible bonds with people that I hope have become lifelong friends.  Life continues to teach me that growth doesn’t come from staying in your comfort zone.  It comes from following your heart and facing your biggest fears, no matter how crappy it may feel.
