Greetings! I wanted to share with you a company that I have been using for a couple of years for my baking supplies. I first found them when I was looking for a place to buy bulk cupcake liners. Once you have worked in restaurants, it is very difficult to go back to using regular retail supplies. When I worked in restaurants, I used to be able to buy from them at the back of the house. Supplies are much more inexpensive when you can buy them from a supply company. Initially you may have to buy a lot, but in the end it is a lot cheaper.

You say you don't need that much crystal sugar? Well I'll bet you have some friends or family members who would be happy to go in on it with you. This will diffuse the cost and make everyone happy. Compare the cost to what you will pay for specialty items such as sugar pearls, crystal sugar or fondant to what you pay in the store. These are items that you will only find in the big box stores at the holidays. After that you will need to seek out a local specialty shop or even a bakery to get you what you want. If you go to the bakery they are going to mark up your price to make a profit. As they should! However you can get what you need online or if you look, you might even have a local restaurant supply store that you didn't know was there!

I just wanted to pass along this information for you. The holidays are coming and every little bit we can save but still have the holiday we desire is a help!
