3 very well marbled rib eye steaks grilled right on the coals! This is my entry to Ballistic BBQ's Craycort contest. Forget about the grate this time, these steaks are placed directly on top of the hot coals. Don't use briquettes for this! Natural lump charcoal lends itself perfectly for that "super sear" and a flavor that regular grilling just can't match.
