Today's tactic:  Roommates and various things to look for when deciding on one.  

1) Split EVERYTHING down the middle!!  (finances, cleaning, groceries, etc.)

2)Communication is KEY!!  Always makes sure you're talking and staying on the same page.

3)  Avoid having a "best friend" as your first roommate.  Odds are there is going to be some habit of theirs that will drive you nuts; or, even, drive you away from one another

4) Parking spaces.  Be considerate of your days off. 

5) Groceries... if you're going to share, then share.  If you're going to buy your own stuff separately... make sure everything is separate (including ketchup, milk, cereal, etc.)
