Alecia Amadio explains the benefits of being clueless and not having all the answers. Alecia uses famous examples of how not knowing every part of the journey can have unexpected virtues. Alecia also explains the difference between knowledge and understanding. My name is Alecia Amadio. I am a Pennsylvania native working as a Human Resources Coordinator in the Healthcare and Hospitality industry. I study Human Resource Management Full-time in addition to performing in leadership positions within two student organizations at Goldey-Beacom College of Wilmington, DE. Those groups include the student Society of Human Resource Management (S.H.R.M) organization and the David L. Barnes Leadership Council. Personally, about me I enjoy impacting the atmosphere I share with people in positive ways. I have a passion for drinking tea, adventuring, and health/fitness. I'm an Aquarius. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
