Afghanistan is getting ready for a second-round presidential election between President Hamid Karzai and former Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah, after a fraud investigation brought Mr. Karzai's totals to below 50 percent. VOA's Ravi Khanna in Washington spoke to experts about three possible election outcomes -- a victory for either Mr. Karzai or Abdullah or the third possibility of a coalition between the two.
