CLICK HERE TO SEE THE NEW HAUNTED MANSION HATBOX GHOST AS WE GOT BROKEN DOWN IN FRONT OF HIM! WHAT LUCK! SPOOOKY!
For the second clip we got stuck for about two minutes right in front of the ghost! Was not even planning on recording that time but had to bust out the camera and take a quick clip for all of you! Please Subscribe for more from Disneylands 60th Anniversary!

We had to record this off of a friends Apple Air Ibook as for whatever reason we could not email it directly to our account so we could put the hard copy on the channel. Why you see the mouse curser. However this was recorded on our second ride through of The Haunted Mansion with The Hatbox Ghost.

The Hatbox Ghost, which was part of the original Haunted Mansion attraction back in 1969, was removed because of an alleged issues with his effect, which would see his head vanish and then appear inside a box.

With modern technology, the Imagineers at Disney were able to resurrect the 999th happy haunt this weekend in celebration of the the park’s 60th anniversary diamond celebration!

While Disney never clarified how the Hatbox Ghost would return, the below video shows that he’s been reintegrated back with his 998 supernatural buddies. It appears that you can catch him after the iconic ballroom scene, as you make your way around a corner into the graveyard set. The modern effect is stunning, and made me gasp. Now, if only Disneyland would integrate the brand new finale that’s already active at the Disney World location….

Filmed two clips. First with Powershots SD780 and Second with a GoPro Hero 1.
