Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) speaks on what South Carolina needs to do to find a path forward on race since the tragic shooting at Emanuel AME Church in June 2015. 
"America needs a cure and the spirit of Emanuel, the spirit of the families presents to this nation and to the world a cure. And the only question we should answer is will I be a carrier of the cure or am I carrier of the disease," Scott said.
