This fight can be tough even at LV99 on Critical Mode. The looping method will destroy Roxas at LV99, but take that away, and it becomes much more difficult. I tried not to spam Reflega much either, because that's just as lame. I have to say though, the ending was kickass.

If curious, Explosion does shitty damage to Roxas. So it may be smarter to just stick to Guard Break if you've having trouble with him.
