Movie Fans React To 'Dolphin Tale 2' - Movie Review

Today the family friendly feature film, Dolphin Tale 2 premiered around the country and we were there in order to bring you the reactions of the first fans who saw the movie. 

With an all star cast that includes, Morgan Freeman, Ashley Judd, and Harry Connick Jr., the movie picks up where the 2011 film Dolphin Tale left off. The movie continues to follow the true story of a disabled dolphin named Winter and her new dolphin friend Hope.

"Dolphin Tale 2 is a forthcoming 2014 American family drama film written and directed by Charles Martin Smith and sequel to his 2011 film Dolphin Tale. Harry Connick, Jr., Ashley Judd, Nathan Gamble, Cozi Zuehlsdorff, Kris Kristofferson, Morgan Freeman, Juliana Harkavy, and Austin Stowell all reprise their roles from the first film while Lee Karlinsky, Julia Jordan, and Bethany Hamilton join the cast. The film is set to release on September 12, 2014[4] and tells the story of another dolphin at the hospital named "Hope".

The sequel revolves around more true stories from Clearwater Marine Aquarium, including both Winter and the baby dolphin, Hope. The movie begins with the rescue of a dolphin named Mandy, who is found by a little guy also named Mandy. After the rescue has taken place it moves to Sawyer finishing up a class while talk to a bunch of new volunteers. Sawyer is called to come work with Winter for a demonstration with Ms. Bethany Hamilton, at first Winter refuses to put on the Tail, and gives Sawyer a hard time, but Panama is moved to a separate pool and Winter in turn allows the tail to be placed on her and soon enough she is swimming along side Sawyer and Bethany Hamilton. Later in the evening Clay talks to Sawyer about Panama and winter acting strange, Panama has refused to take her normal amount of fish and not responding. Clay explains that he called a veterinarian in for tests. When Sawyer arrives home he is met by a recruiter for Boston's SEA-Mester on a full scholarship, which would cause him to be away from winter for 3 months. he would have to decide if he wants to go."
