Anything below iOS 11.3 your phone will be effected and destroyed by this - breaks iMessage and any other app containing this Indian message 
How to fix it is if someone sent u this text and if u can’t open up your phone: 1) open up settings - tap on messages - at the bottom - make sure you tap on the “every 30 days” so it would delete your messages - go back to main home screen in settings - tap on “General” - then “date and time” - change time 31 days in the future - then press home button and open up “iMessage” - everything will be gone - you will loose all your text messages, but at least your phone (iMessage) will be working again 
Then change “date and time” back to the current date cause if you keep it in the future then some apps and games won’t work. Hoped this worked?! Like, comment and subscribe!!
