Oddball horn on CSX Q439

CSX Train Q439 has an odd sounding horn as it rolls through North Jersey. I don't know if this is just a messed up GEVO horn or if its a P5 or something like that, but either way, its not your standard GEVO horn. Today's consist is GEVO ES44DC 5413 and AC44CW 448 with a 137 car mixed freight. My apologies for the initial shakiness of the camera, but I didn't get a chance to set up the tripod I was using in time, so I set it up as the train was going by.
