*DISCLAIMER: just to be clear: I am NOT trying to generalize every person at my school to act like this and are immature and such, i'm just speaking from personal experience. i’m in an extremely depressed, angry mindset right now, and i’ve been hurt so many times by certain people and if people at my school see this and want to exclude me even more because i️ said some things, that’s your right, but i’m sorry. i️ hope this makes sense.* hey guys!! in today's video, I have a very long, pure, real, honest discussion about my mental health/illnesses, including (social) anxiety and depression, my experiences, thoughts, feelings, and confessions of a 14 year old dealing with this. I've been dealing with OCD, severe anxiety, social anxiety, sensory processing issues, and depression pretty much my whole life and it has continued to get worse. I am going to be documenting my journey with this and this summarizes everything I'm feeling now. It's a very hard life, but obviously people have it much worse, I realize that. But this is to give you all an insight, to relate to you, and spread an important and undervalued message and lesson.
