SeaWorld Orlando's hyper coaster, Mako, officially opens June 10, 2016. More details: http://orlandoparkstop.com/tag/mako/ Opening June 10th officially, Mako is Orlando's fastest, tallest, and longest coaster. It's 200 feet tall at its tallest point and reaches 73 mph along 4,760 feet of steel track — nearly a mile long. This is a "hyper-coaster" filled with lots of air-time moments. The surrounding area has been re-themed as Shark's Reef, which looks like an underwater shipwreck, and includes Shark Encounter, Sharks Underwater Grill, and area shops.
