For the second straight summer, Rodney Smith Jr. is on track to touch all 50 states with acts of kindness intended to spread a spirit of service to young people.

Smith, 28, brought his 50 States 50 Lawns tour to Montgomery on Monday afternoon. The tour is a project of the Raising Men Lawn Care Service non-profit organization that Smith started two years ago when he was a student at Alabama A&M.
