5 Tips How to Become a Productive Content Creator

Basic tips:

1. Don't aim for perfection, get it 80% "good enough" and hit publish.

2. Use the simplest tool possible. Often, this is your phone.

3. Focus on quantity (not quality). Monet painted thousands of paintings in his life, in order to get a few good ones. Even Henri Cartier-Bresson said, "Your first 10,000 photos are your worst." In today's digital age your first million photos are your worst. So focus on continuing to produce and make stuff, and keep sharing! Remember to enjoy the process and journey of making and sharing stuff, and not caring about the number of views, followers, likes, or comments you get.

4. Make your own website/blog via bluehost.com and WordPress.org. This will allow Google to index your website, and you will have more freedom and flexibility down the road. Also, start your own YouTube channel for fun, and don't take it too seriously. My tip: **Share what you would like to consume/watch.**

5. Have fun and be silly: Treat yourself like a child making stuff. Don't try to look "cool", and don't be afraid of making yourself look like a fool. Be shameless, and let your natural fun and enthusiasm shine! At the end of the day, authenticity trumps professionalism.
