Mandi and I are on our way to Australia but it only made sense to stop in the Philippines on the way. We knew we wanted to do some scuba diving so we found a nice area called Subic Bay two hours from Manila. This area is well known for its wrecks. It is a working harbor and has historically played key roles in wars. There are numerous wrecks in the bay but the visibility completely depends on the coming and going of cargo ships. We did not get too much actual diving videos due to the poor visibility. unbelievable
