If you follow me at all, whether on the website or on YouTube you know that I love having fun with my Mug Cakes. Today was no different, I was completely craving a moon pie. That got me thinking about moon pie cakes... which of course lead to the Moon Pie Mug Cake. This one really hit the spot I needed! you guys really need to try this one!

Total Time: 10 Minutes
Makes: 1-2 Cakes depending on the size of your mug

1 Large Egg
3-1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
3-1/2 Tbsp. Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp. Vanilla 
2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Self Rising Flour
Salt
1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows
2 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips

Don't have self rising flour? Here is how to make it.

1 cup all purpose flour, 3/4 tsp. baking powder, pinch of salt!
