Pluses:
The Service and view are fabulous.
he staff is outstanding. The property is beautiful and immaculate. Great suite with terrific views.
Exceptional hotel with superb service!
Minuses:
The food at the restaurants are below the five star standard
when we checked out, the female staff was not professional; she forgot many things....we had to go back to front desk asking for proof of checking out ( even though we showed the receipt to bell captain).... the building is kind of old.
