In a policy forum last week hosted by Timothy Lynch, Cato's Director of the Project on Criminal Justice, panelists debated the risks to civil liberties in the war on terror. Arguing against the wartime rollback of civil liberties was Bruce Fein, the chairman of the American Freedom Agenda, a group dedicated to restoring the Constitution's checks and balances.
