What is low%? In normal SMW, it means small-only, no yoshi, no powerups, no midways, although switch palaces are allowed. Kaizo 3 is a little different since certain things are required to beat the game. The conditions are: -No midways -No powerups that aren't mandatory (Hakata Bay has a mandatory mushroom) -No yellow switch palace (you'd need a mushroom in the maze to get there anyway) -If any of the above rules are violated, I must immediately reset and resume from last save Level breaks are allowed, so long as they do not require any changes in powerup state or any aforementioned condition.
