+ Plenty of well designed maps
+ Nice Graphics
+ Great servers (takes about 10-15secs to find a game, no lag)
+ The Arms Race mode is unique and can be quite fun
+ Nice selection of guns (although I do wish there were more....)
+ Lots of people who actually talk in-game with mics
+ Great Sound Effects

- Too competitive for my taste 
- Multiplayer Only, No singleplayer / campaign / co-op
- The gameplay is focused around who has the quickest reflexes, corner camping / hallway camping skills, and precision aiming. You literally die within 1 second
- No way to heal after you take damage
- Very repetitive gameplay and gametypes
- TONS of microtransactions with a community who actually SUPPORTS MICROTRANSACTIONS
- At the time of writing this, they had released an OP Revolver that literally 1-shots people and is super accurate ( I feel like Valve deliberately did this to hype up their *new* revolver cases (microtransactions) 
- You level up extremely slow (i've played for some hours and I'm not even level 2 ha)
- I feel like Counter Strike lacks features that other shooters have. Vehicles, Gametypes, Killstreaks, Leveling / Progression / Unlock systems, destructable environments, going prone, sliding, leaning, etc.
- Tries to be overly realistic, more like a Simulator
- Some of the community is quite toxic, and like to gloat about how good their aim is, how cool their skins are, and how anyone who isn't as good at them at aiming "sucks" and all other games "suck" and you must play 500hours+ to "get good bro" and if you don't steal your mommy's credit card to buy keys to unlock boxes to get skins you are a "nub" (in my short time playing I've literally heard kids talking about how they should ask their mom's for money)

[Side Note: Keep in mind this is my opinion, I can see why people think this is a good game, but I personally did not enjoy it enough to recommend it]
