While reading from the Book of Psalms, a man named Roger walked acrosss the street to my corner. He said he could hear me down the street and wanted to see what was going on.

Roger professed to be a Christian and knew a good deal from the Bible. While the conversation went well, it was difficult at times to get a word in, with Roger. He liked to talk.

Toward the end of my conversation with Roger, a homeless man named William came to the corner and sat down on the sidewalk. My brief conversation with William was challenging, too, as I tried to communicate gospel truth to him in a way I hoped he could understand.
