This part shows Arbiter's Grounds, my second favorite dungeon in the game (losing only to Snowpeak Ruins). It's not too hard of a dungeon, but it is quite enjoyable. We also learn about Ganondorf, who was sealed by the Sages.

These are the items obtained in this part:

Poe Soul #38: The Poe Souls in this dungeon are obtained by four giant Poes, which took the flames of the candles that lead you to the next section of the dungeon. After defeating the Poe, not only will you get its Soul, but the flame will return to its original location. Stun the first Poe, then take its Soul.

Piece of Heart #27: In the room where you defeated the first Poe, use the Clawshot to get across the quicksand in the northwest (east in the Wii version) section of the room, then open the Chest for a Piece of Heart.

Poe Soul #39: Stun the second large Poe, then take its Soul.

Poe Soul #40: Stun the third large Poe, then take its Soul.

Poe Soul #41: Stun the fourth large Poe, then take its Soul.

Spinner: This is the dungeon's main item, and it is guarded by the mini-boss known as Death Sword. This is one of the only mini-bosses (along with the Twilit Bloat) where you use Wolf Link. You must use your senses to see Death Sword, and attack him when he's blue. After enough hits, he'll begin to float around the room. Turn back to normal, and hit Death Sword with Arrows, Bomb Arrows, the Gale Boomerang, or the Clawshot. Just keep hitting him and dodging his strikes until he's defeated. The Chest he was guarding contains the Spinner. With this, you can ride up rails, ride over various hazards, and spin to stun or defeat a few enemies.

Piece of Heart #28: This Piece of Heart is in the room with many Spinner Rails. Make your way to the second floor of it, and open the blue Treasure Chest by a few skulls for another Piece of Heart.

Heart Container #4 This Heart Container is guarded by the boss known as "Twilit Fossil: Stallord". The first phase of this fight can be quite a pain. You must spin into Stallord's spine while avoiding the other enemies and Stallord's attacks. After enough hits, only the head will remain. To damage the head, you must ride the railing on the walls and center pillar while avoiding Stallord's fireballs. When he gets near, jump into him with the Spinner. This will cause the head to fall. Get down to the head and repeatedly slash the spike impaled in the skull. Keep doing this until Stallord is defeated. Along with leaving the Heart Container, which will give you an extra Heart for your life energy, the path to the Mirror of Twilight will also open up.
